Optical microscopic waveguide apparatus for holographic interferometry

Apparatus is described for the study and nondestructive inspection of a broad class of objects and materials by the methods of holographic interferometry under production conditions. Examples of interferograms are presented which were obtained with it during an analysis of strains and mechanical vibrations in objects.
