Sawlogs worth more as firewood or pulpwood

Equations have been derived to estimate the ratio of board feet per cord of firewood, board feet per cord of pulpwood, and cords of firewood per cord of pulpwood in logs. Graphs based on the equations can be used in deciding whether to sell logs and trees for sawtimber, firewood, or pulpwood.
