We describe theoretical work on effective action expansion on an effective low energy theory of hadrons, dynamical symmetry breaking, and lattice gauge theories. The high energy experimental group at Louisiana State University is taking data on a neutrino oscillation experiment at LAMPF. Analysis is in progress. LSU is also participating on an electron-positron experiment, AMY, that is running at TRISTAN in Japan. LSU is responsible for the muon detector for AMY. We are analyzing a 5 pb/sup -1/ data obtained in the summer of 1987. Preliminary results have been presented at conferences and one paper has been submitted for publication.
