Superfluid density and dissipation have been measured as functions of temperature in {sup 3}He-{sup 4}He mixture films using a high-Q torsional oscillator. A temperature range between 1.3K and 1.9K was scanned. {sup 3}He concentrations were as small as .5% and extended up to 56% in the thickest films. Thick pure {sup 4}He films were also investigated using the same technique. In mixture films the superfluid transition temperature decreases monotonically with {sup 3}He concentration. This decrease is linear for smaller concentrations but becomes more rapid at higher concentrations. There are no signs of a phase separation. All the mixture films exhibit the characteristic universal jump in superfluid density at the transition. This universality is not seen in very thick pure {sup 4}He films.
