Matter-antimatter oscillations in grand unified theories with high unification masses

We find that ''natural'' Higgs-boson mass scales for observable matter-antimatter oscillations, among other predictions, are allowed in some spontaneous-symmetry-breaking chains of grand unified theories such as SU (16) (via SU (8)/sub I/ x SU (8)/sub II/ and SO (10) routes) and SO (10) with unification masses greater than 10/sup 14/ GeV, provided the Higgs multiplets are chosen in a certain left-right-asymmetric fashion.
