Search for light neutron-deficient nuclei produced in 800 MeV proton spallation reactions. [800 MeV]

Conference ·

Time of flight techniques were used to search for new neutron-deficient nuclei at the limits of proton stability using proton spallation of calcium fluoride, nickel, and molybdenum 92 at 800 MeV. Emphasis was placed on neutron-deficient isotopes from magnesium to argon. 18 references. (JFP)
