A brief history is included to familarize the reader with the general direction and activity highlights of the NNWSI and to give the reader some insight into the kinds of bibliographic references to be found in this document. The bibliography is categorized by principal NNWSI participant organization; participant-sponsored subcontractor reports, papers, and articles are included in the sponsoring organization`s bibliography list. The principal participant bibliography listings are arranged in chronological order by title. An author index is provided after the bibliography.
