This book provides guidelines about how to determine the extent of a tumor with an emphasis on how to set up specific treatment fields for cancers in particular sites. The topics covered are radiation techniques for head and neck cancer, carcinoma of the lung and esophagus; brain tumors, gynecologic cancers; cancer of the breast, prostate, testis; urinary bladder carcinoma; and Hodgkin's disease and non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. Careful consideration is given to recent developments using computerized tomography (CT) scanning.
