Effect of internal laser radiation on the buildup of ionization instability of a nonself-sustained discharge exciting excimer lasers

Journal Article · · Sov. J. Quant. Electron. (Engl. Transl.); (United States)
It is shown that the laser self-emission of a medium may have a substantial influence on the time behavior of the various plasma components of a nonself-sustained gas discharge exciting excimer lasers.
