EVAP3. 0 CRC evaporative emission model: User's manual

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:5878198
The EVAP3.0 model computes hot-soak and diurnal emissions for an average vehicle in a specified calendar year as a function of dispensed RVP, driving patterns, fuel weathering, fuel tank level effects, diurnal temperature profile, and tank temperature. The calendar year fleet is described by factors derived from EPA's MOBILE4.1 model. Section 2.0 of the manual describes the system requirements for the proper functioning of the model. Section 3.0 describes the installation and use of the model. Section 4.0 describes in detail the inputs required to run the model and Section 5.0 gives a few examples for running the model. Section 6.0 provides a summary of the development of the CRC-Evaporative emissions model. The section also contains a basic description of the model and qualifications.
