Recent results on (Cd,Zn)S single-crystal film growth and Cu/sub x/S-(Cd, Zn)S heterojunctions
The work reported investigates the Cu/sub x/S-(Cd,Zn)S heterojunction with various Cd-Zn ratios. The designs of a hot-wall deposition apparatus and a spectral response apparatus for use in the study are described. Some film growth results and heterojunction electrical and optical measurements are reported. Heterojunction electrical characteristics are mathematically modeled. (LEW)
