Papers are presented on such topics as interstellar dust and extinction, theories of hot interstellar gas, the cooling of white dwarfs, solar convection, the radio images of the planets, and gamma-ray bursts. Attention is also given to the space distribution of quasars, the equilibrium and dynamics of coronal magnetic fields, extragalactic H II regions, rapidly oscillating AP stars, and the soft X-ray background and its origins.
