Tenngasco Corp., actively pursuing new technologies for SCADA, uses an expanded communications system to bring electronic meter reading from remote meter stations' data into the headquarter's host computer. The company has implemented a meter station program using very small aperture satellite communications to reduce telemetry costs to new inshore and offshore installations.
