As part of its newly-announced policy endorsing an integrated approach to solid waste management, Ogden Martin Systems, Inc. has hired a recycling manager to assist client communities in developing curbside recycling programs, drop-off programs and intermediate processing facilities. The step reflects similar steps taken by such firms as Waste Management, Inc. and BFI. Announcing the policy, David Sokol, president and CEO of Ogden Martin, cited an eight-point policy for solid waste management.
