This paper reports on the superconducting properties of T{sub c}, B{sub c2} and J{sub c} investigated in a residual strain state of pre-strain for bronze processed commercial multifilamentary Nb{sub 3}Sn wires. it is found that the temperature dependence of B{sub c2} under strain obeys (1(2/3){pi}T/1.75 T{sub c}{sup 2}) near T = 0 and (1 {minus} T/T{sub c}) near T{sub c}. The establishment of the temperature scaling law of a global pinning force F{sub p} = J{sub c} {times} B is confirmed in commercial Nb{sub 3}Sn wires.
