Electrical conductivity of solid alkali metal hydroxides

This paper reviews data on the electrical conductivity of solid alkali metal hydroxides. Ionic conductivity is also addressed. A comparison is shown of diffusion coefficients recast into electrical conductivities and true electrical conductivities of alkali metal hydroxides. The temperature dependence of electrical conductivity is shown. The model is suggested to describe the conduction mechanism of LiOH and the alpha-phases of KOH and NaOH.
