This regional Seismic Test Network (RSTN) Data User's Guide is a compilation of information generated by many SNLA employees over the duration of the National Seismic Station (NSS) program. It is intended for the casual user of RSTN seismic data, as well as for users who have an interest in all the associated state-of-health data generated by each remote station. Included is information for receiving data live by satellite or by means of digital data tapes.
