Possibilities for studying short-lived nuclei produced at LAMPF
We present results of a study of the feasibility of using a He-jet coupled on-line mass separator system at LAMPF. He-jet transport-line characteristics, and estimates for the production of nuclei far from stability are given. Some specific areas of interest for potential studies are also presented. 18 refs.
