The US Department of Energy (DOE), Richland Operations Office (RL), directed Hanford Site contractors to update multi-year work plans in accordance with the guidance provided to them. The Richland Environmental Restoration Project continued the Detailed Work Plan update approach that was approved in fiscal year 1998. This Detailed Work Plan provides the cost, scope, and schedule for the FY00 through FY02 activities required to support Program Management and Support.
