This patent describes an hemispheric solar panel. This panel consists of an array of multiple hemispheric lenses having concentric outer and inner spherical faces and arranged in parallel rows and integrally mounted on a planar glass base plate occupying a horizontal plane below the hemispheric lenses, multiple solid heat-absorbing metal spheres embedded in the center of the hemispheric lenses, a metal base plate mounted below the glass base plate, a sheet of thermal insulation mounted below the metal base plate, a top glass plate mounted above the hemispheric lenses and spatially separated therefrom, two opposed parallel vertical side walls, two opposed parallel vertical end walls, a fluid conduit,the hemispheric lenses serve as means of focusing solar beams onto the metal spheres, serving as means of absorbing heat from the metal spheres and conducting the heat to a fluid flowing through the fluid conduit, and serving as a basal portion of the fluid conduit, the glass base plate serving as mounting means of the hemispheric lenses and serving as a basal portion of the fluid conduit, the metal spheres serving as elements which absorb the heat of the solar beams, the metal base plate, the top glass plate serving as a window which transmits solar beams to the hemispheric lenses and to the glass base plate, the fluid conduit serving as a channel through which a heat-transfer fluid flows.
