A user-friendly, menu-driven PC version of the Industrial Source Complex Long-Term (ISCLT) model was implemented to support EPA regulations regarding incineration of sewage sludge under Section 405(d) of the Clean Water Act. The model will be made available to the public as part of the support for the proposed sewage-sludge incineration regulation. The Sludge Incineration Modeling (SIM) system comprises five components: (1) Build ISCLT Input File, (2) Run ISCLT, (3) SIM Post Processor, (4) Terrain Utility, and (5) Run Catalog Manager. The purpose of the user's guide is to describe how to use the components of the SIM system. Instructions on how to load the system and descriptions of screen design, system functions, and commands are given. General information on the ISCLT model and detailed descriptions of the SIM components are given. Finally, a case example is presented.
