The results of observations of radio sources at 3C 84, 273, 279, 345, 454.3, NRAO 150, OJ 287, and BL Lac at 8.15 and 13.5 mm are reported. An analysis of the observational results shows that the amplitude of radio bursts is approximately equal to (on the average) lambda to the 0.4th power. The results of radio observations from the literature are combined with the present data to show that variations of extragalactic radio emission are strongest in the range from 1.35 to 2.8 cm. 7 references.
