Journal Article · · Pipeline Gas J.; (United States)
OSTI ID:5808126
Despite considerable activity by companies and government regulatory agencies, little tangible progress is reported on proposed LNG baseload projects worldwide. Current operations are characterized by their high levels of performance, marred only occasionally by shipping and operations accidents. The status of LNG projects in the US, Europe, and Asia is tabulated with information on companies and sites, liquefaction plant capacity, storage capacity, regasification capacity and process characteristics, type of storage container, storage and liquefaction plant contractors, type of cycle, and year of first operation.
