A comparative study of preconditioned Lanczos methods for nonsymmetric linear systems

In this report, numerical results are presented and compared between a number of preconditioned Lanczos methods for the solution of nonsymmetric linear systems. Numerical examples with varying degrees of difficulty are used ranging from convection-diffusion equations to the Harwell Boeing problem set. Some interesting observations are gathered and a few conclusions are drawn based on these observations.
