The objective of this study was to identify how often a probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) should be updated to accommodate changes that take place at nuclear power plants (NPPs). The scope of this study was limited to reviewing changes that haven taken place at the Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1 (ANO-1) NPP. Also, the impact of changes on the PRA was reviewed only to the extent that changes affect the level-1 results of the PRA (i.e., only to the extent that they would affect the core damage frequency analysis in the PRA).
