N = 1 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory in the light-cone gauge

We formulate a general N = 1 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory in the light-cone gauge and show that the resulting Lagrangian has a linear supersymmetry transformation, leading to a simple Ward identity which we verify at the one-loop level using the Mandelstam prescription for evaluating light-cone integrals.
