A descriptive and photographic key of the injuries to plants caused by nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide and peroxyacetyl nitate is presented. In addition to text which describes the injuries and relative susceptibilities of different species, color photographs of injured plants are used to demonstrate lesion types on several different species. 23 references, 18 figures, 1 table.
