This is the final report of the work done on Contract ASO3-78ET53072, ''Application of Nonlinear Methods to Some Current Problems in Fusion Plasma Physics''. Most of the effort has been devoted to the problem of the reliability of numerical simulation of MHD flows. We also have studied some topological aspects of the period-doubling phenomenon for some forced nonlinear oscillators.
