Study of the reaction anti-pp. -->. K/sup +/K/sup -/. pi. /sup +/. pi. /sup -/ at 8. 3 GeV/c

Results are presented from a study of the annihilation interaction anti-pp ..-->.. 2K2..pi.. at 8.3 GeV/c based on data from an experiment performed with the Large Aperture Solenoid Spectrometer (LASS) at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC). A measurement of the reaction cross section is made, and contributions to the final state from the phi, f/sup 0//A/sub 2//sup 0/, K (890), K (1430) and rho/sup 0/ resonances are studied. The momentum distributions of the final state particles are also investigated and compared to a simple quark model.
