System guide to SPEEDI: The Sandia Partitioned Engineering Environmental Database Implementation

The goal of this undertaking has been for RE/SPEC to furnish technical and administrative coordination and to execute a three-phased project. The project consists of evaluating, designing, and implementing the required database access system. This report documents the software which has been developed, named the Sandia Partitioned Engineering Environmental Database Implementation, or SPEEDI. It is intended for personnel who are responsible for installing, maintaining, and enhancing SPEEDI, as well as for any programmer who wants to access SPEEDI through other software.
