Spontaneous compactification with antisymmetric tensor and scalar fields

Considering the multidimensional unified theories in which compactification is induced by an antisymmetric tensor, we show that, introducing a scalar field coupled to gravity, we can obtain a Ricci-flat four-dimensional space-time and a compact internal space without fine tuning of adjustable parameters.
