Observations from Voyager 2 as it moved from 10{degree}S to 14{degree}S heliographic latitude in the period from 1993 through 1994 were used to search for forward and reverse shocks. These results were compared with observations from the Ulysses spacecraft which are in agreement with a 3-D, magnetohydrodynamic model of the evolution of a steady, tilted-solar-dipole, solar wind flow configuration such as was prevalent in 1993.
