The report covers four antitrust cases involving coal, six decisions and six recently filed cases involving electric utilities, three cases involving oil, and five decisions as well as nine recently filed natural gas antitrust cases. Issues which led to the suits include transport, price contracts, and conspiracies in restraint of trade.
