The management structure and program objectives for the Northeast Regional Biomass Program (NRBP) remain unchanged from previous years. The funding for the eighth year is $600,000. An additional $60,000 was provided by the Bonneville Power Regional Biomass Program to continue the publication of articles in the Biologue. The Western Area Power Administration and the Council of Great Lakes Governors provided $20,000 each for funding the project Characterization of Emissions from burning Woodwaste.
