Ecotoxicity of coal gasifier solid wastes

As part of a comprehensive Oak Ridge National Laboratory program to assess the health and environmental effects of the University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) gasifier, the two primary solid waste streams (gasifier bottom ash and cyclone separator char) have been tested. This paper describes the results of initial chemical and toxicological characterization. (JMT)
