A pull in tool is described for securing the end of a flow line at a predetermined location with respect to a subsea wellhead consisting of: an outer frame; locking means for securing the outer frame to the wellhead; and inner frame, rotatably mounted in the outer frame; a winch carried by the inner frame; a capstan carried by the inner frame; a funnel assembly carried by the inner frame; motor means attached to the winch for driving the winch; power supply means connecting the motor means to a power supply at a surface location; a flow line termination assembly secured to the flow line; a mandrel secured to the end of the flow line; a bullnose assembly detachably secured to the flow line termination; and a pull in cable fastened to the winch and capstan, passing through the funnel assembly and securable to the bullnose.
