This bibliography contains citations concerning the environmental effects of antifouling substances used to control biofouling and their eventual fate in the biosphere. Toxicity studies, the effects of regulations on pollution distribution, bioaccumulation and sediment accumulation, resistant organisms, and biodeterioration of antifouling substances are discussed.
