This user's guide describes the nature scoped of the bulletin board, the software available for downloading, file transfer procedures, and restriction of access to proprietary software. Specific information is provided on running the bulletin board. This information includes setting up hardware and software, starting the emulator, dialing in to the bulletin board, using the main menu, sending and receiving personal and broadcast mail, and listing, downloading, and uploading routines.
