The detection and subsequent observations of the strongest radio source associated with an RS CVn binary system, RT Lac, are reported. Like the other detected RS CVn systems, its radio-emission mechanism is probably nonthermal gyrosynchrotron radiation, though its radio spectrum may be affected by thermal gas in the neighborhood of the system.
