Isobar excitation mechanism of the pion single charge exchange reaction

We have studied the pion single charge exchange reaction /sup 13/C(..pi../sup +/,..pi../sup 0/)/sup 13/N/sub g.s./ which can reach the isobar analog state by using the isobar excitation mechanism. The angle-integrated cross section has been calculated. Theoretical result fits the experimental data quite well.
