The drawings listed on the Auxiliary Drawing List provide the data and specifications for constructing the SLAC sub-booster Klystron Beam Tester. This device was used to check the design of the beam parameters and other characteristics of the sub-booster klystron as used on the SLAC Two-Mile Linear Accelerator. This klystron is used to amplify a drive signal for each of 30 sectors along the accelerator. The output of the sub-booster klystron is used to drive 8 to 30 MW pulsed klystrons which in turn supply rf power to the accelerator disc loaded waveguide sections.
