(Investigation of consolidation and cost reduction programs for Thule Air Base)
Four members of the headquarters staff of the Air force Space Command, Steve Cohn of ORNL, and the author visited Thule AB to investigate a plan for consolidation and cost reduction at the base. an example plan was developed to show how third-party financing might be used to consolidate, modernize, and increase the cost effectiveness of the base. 9 refs., 2 figs., 4 tabs.
