The finite-temperature Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov cranking equation is solved for [sup 148]Sm. The phase diagram contains three shape transition lines. For certain rotational frequencies, there is oblate noncollective rotation at low temperatures, prolate and triaxial collective rotation at intermediate temperatures, and oblate noncollective rotation at higher temperatures. A new oblate region at low [ital T] and [omega] is caused by the pairing interaction.
