Neutron-proton elastic scattering between 200 and 500 MeV. III. Phase shift analysis

Data on D/sub t/, R/sub t/, A/sub t/, and P lead to unique and accurate np phase shift solutions at 210, 325, 425, and 515 MeV. The I=O, D, and G waves show large systematic deviations from current theoretical models.
