The NRL Plasma Formulary is a collection of formulas and reference data in a handy pocketsized booklet. This report contains some sixty pages of text, tables, and displayed equations, together with the associated TEX files. An enlarged copy (the output from an IMAGEN ink-jet printer) of each page of the Formulary, identical with that which was photographically reduced for the actual book, is reprinted facing the TEX source code that generated it. Users can browse through the report until they come to a table or displayed equation similar to the one they want to produce, then extract from the facing page the control sequences they need.
