Coincident neutron-proton emission from proton bombardment of /sup 87/Sr and /sup 91/Zr

Journal Article · · Phys. Rev. C; (United States)
Cross sections were measured for the reactions /sup 87/Sr+p..-->.. /sup 86/Sr+pn and /sup 91/Zr+p..-->.. /sup 90/Zr+pn using two time-of-flight neutron detectors located at 65/sup 0/ and 100/sup 0/, and a charged particle telescope at 135/sup 0/. Results are presented for several incident energies from 14.0 to 17.6 MeV. They are compared with Hauser-Feshbach calculations, with which they substantially agree.
