Energy Engineering Analysis Program, Phase 3, Augsburg Military Community. Executive summary

This document is the end result of the Energy Engineering Analysis Program (EEAP) at Augsburg Military Community in West Germany. The ultimate goal of this effort is the reduction of energy consumption in compliance with the objectives set forth in the U.S. Army Facilities Energy Plan. Phase III of this project screened all energy conservation projects and provided programming documents for those projects which the community is requesting funding. By definition, any programmed project has a savings to investment ratio greater than one in compliance with the revised Energy Conservation Investment Program (ECIP) criteria dated June 1985. The end result of the three phases of work are seven packages requesting funding for several projects designed to reduce energy consumption at Augsburg Military Community.
