The purpose of this contract is to review the performance of Energy Engineering Analysis Program (EEAP) studies of Army Industrial Facilities at Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RAAP), Radford, Virginia. The objective of this study is to identify, evaluate, and develop energy saving projects which meet the criteria of the army`s many energy funding programs. The report consists of an Executive Summary and four volumes. Volume I, the Narrative Report, contains the results of all of the site surveys, analysis, and project development.
