The Manual is intended as both a learning and a reference tool for Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) CD-ROM users. It explains the operation of the TRI CD-ROM software and includes corresponding screen illustrations and examples. The Manual is not intended to provide detailed technical guidance about the TRI program or interpretation of data submitted by individual reporting facilities. Chapters consist of: Accessing TRI on CD-ROM; TRI Chemical Substance Fact Sheets; Toxic Release Inventory Database; and Performing Calculations with KASTAT. Additionally, there are eight appendices containing information to assist one in using the TRI CD-ROM.
