Indirect investigation of proton capture reactions at stellar energies

The levels in the vicinity of the proton threshold in /sup 23/Mg, /sup 26/Al and /sup 27/Si were investigated via (tau,..cap alpha..), (tau,p) and (tau,d) reactions to provide spectroscopic information for (p,..gamma..)-stellar reaction rate calculations for /sup 22/Na, /sup 25/Mg and /sup 26/Al. A number of new levels are reported which could influence the stellar burning processes.
